Yes we are. We have a strong commitment to highest quality work, health and safety standards and strive to protect the local environment. Our environmental commitment also extends to the choice of materials used and from where they are sourced. Building unique and one off designs often means a close interaction with the natural environment,  if you have any specific requirements discuss them with our team.

Some types of construction might be beyond the ‘local bloke’, when your project calls for specialist skills, professional experience and the ability to deliver in remote & isolated areas perhaps it’s best to call Greg Clark Building. We construct, maintain and repair all sorts of assets in Northern NSW and can provide experienced construction teams, project managers or skilled professional estimators to your project location from the coast to the interior.

Yes. Concrete ‘tilt-slab’ walls of the building are cast on site, usually on the floor slab or on a concrete bed specifically poured for this purpose. The timber formwork is custom made for each tilt panel and is made to suit the size and shape and to allow for any windows or doors in the panels. Steel and reinforcing bars are formed and tied within the timber formwork. The formwork acts as a mould into which the concrete is poured.

Tilt panel construction is widely recognised as an environmentally friendly and cost effective construction method and as such concrete tilt panels are fast becoming the most popular form of commercial construction. Greg Clark Building construct, renovate and replace tilt-slab industrial workshops, storage facilities, offices, shops and sheds.

One visible sign that your building needs underpinning is the appearance of cracks in walls. When a building needs a foundation repair some cracks (especially wider than ¼ inch) appear visible, meaning that an underpinning needs to be done. Here at Greg Clark Building we specialise in this service, utilising a number of techniques dependant on requirements. If you think you many need underpinning call as soon as possible to arrange an inspection. Once completed some underpinned foundation repairs are completely undetectable, with wall cracks and roof damage returned to good as new condition.
