    Greg Clark Building (GCB) is a professional construction company that has been operating in the Far North Coast region for over 34 years. In that time we have established a reputation as a quality builder of commercial and multi residential projects from $250,000 to over $30M.

    Greg Clark Building works under an Integrated Management System that provides for quality of the finished product and the legislation requirements of the AS/NZS ISO standards, Work Health & Safety Act 2011, Work Health & Safety Regulation 2011 and the Environmental Protection Act.

    We have 100 plus staff building projects in and around Gold Coast, Byron Bay and Lismore, Ballina, south to Glenn Innes, Stanthorpe, Tamworth and as far north as Murwillumbah, and Brisbane.

    We have Quality, Safety and Environment systems and many associate subcontractors in numerous construction fields. GCB is an agile SME family business with a regional hub and many years of project construction success. From one-off architect designed unique housing developments to schools, churches and hospital refurbishments. On time and on budget.

    Restaurants, shopping centres, hotels and office refurbishments – our capabilities in high quality construction are renowned throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

    Our managing director has over 40 years in the building trade and along with many employees having long employment with GCB, we foster enormous trade experience and therefore high-quality construction outcomes. In addition, we hire out construction equipment, scaffolding and roof edge protection for the building industry both locally and interstate.

    The family business is based on ethical and honest trade associations with many subcontractors that have worked with GCB for years – some for decades!     Employing a staff of over 100 professionals across Regional Northern NSW and South East Queensland GCB is led by our Managing Director Greg Clark, who over 4 decades has built a firm renowned for its quality and expertise, ethics and long term trade relationships. With a history of construction projects from Lismore, Casino, Byron Bay, Lennox, Kyogle, Murwillumbah, Nimbin, Tweed Heads, Gold Coast and Brisbane.

    Passion, talent and capability in all facets of the construction industry inspires our culture and delivers challenging, interesting and diverse work – everything the GCB team thrives on. We believe in succession management and career progression. Our people are our engine. We carefully utilise their experience and skillset, making sure they are the best fit for a premium result, ensuring expert knowledge and guidance from the outset.
